Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ideona mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You may use the App as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address when requested.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Auto-renewing subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features (such as access to themes marked as premium and additional functionality). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends.

3.2 Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The renewal amount is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

3.3 Free trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable by law.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policy. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the App.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, fonts, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. User Content

Content you create or save within the App (favorites, custom text in font tools, etc.) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process such content solely to provide the service.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases), Google / Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting), and Apphud (subscription management). Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your right to use the App ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country.
