End-User License Agreement
The Ideona mobile application is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End-User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula . The terms below supplement that agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
3. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed in your Apple account settings. For full subscription terms see our Terms of Use.
4. Ownership
The App, including its source code, design, graphics, fonts, and content, is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with us or our licensors.
5. Updates
We may release updates that add, remove, or change features. You agree that we have no obligation to provide updates or continued support of older versions of the App or iOS.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
